Refund Policy

. General Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds are available for most products purchased directly from Decordeals, provided that the items are:

  • Returned within the specified return window.
  • In unused, undamaged, and resaleable condition.
  • Accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags.

1.2 Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund and may be sent back to you at your cost.

1.3 Refunds apply only to purchases made through the official Decordeals website, mobile application, or authorized sales channels.


2. Return Window and Deadlines

2.1 You must initiate a return request within 7–30 calendar days from the delivery date, depending on the type of product and your location.
2.2 Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving our return instructions.
2.3 Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

To protect product quality and ensure fairness, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order décor products.
  • Opened bedding, mattresses, pillows, or linens for hygiene reasons.
  • Clearance, “Final Sale,” or “Non-Returnable” items.
  • Assembled or installed furniture (unless defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or downloadable digital content.

4. Order Cancellations

4.1 Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
4.2 If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return after delivery, subject to the terms of this Policy.
4.3 Decordeals reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


5. Refund Process and Methods

5.1 Refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the same card.
  • PayPal or Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same account.
  • Bank Transfer/UPI: Refunded to the original account.

5.2 Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.3 In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.


6. Shipping Fees and Duties

6.1 Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
6.2 For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
6.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


7. Exchanges

7.1 We may allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to product availability.
7.2 Exchanges follow the same eligibility and condition requirements as refunds.
7.3 If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item.
  • The shipping box and packaging.
  • The shipping label.

8.2 After verification, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement of the item.
  • An exchange for a similar product.
  • A full refund, including original shipping fees.

8.3 Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted, except as required by law.


9. Return Shipping Guidelines

9.1 Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
9.2 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt, as Decordeals cannot be held liable for lost or delayed return shipments.
9.3 If prepaid return labels are provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.


10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Returned items show minor signs of use, damage, or missing components.
  • Items returned beyond the eligible return window, but accepted at our discretion.
  • Opened or used décor accessories (if returned in acceptable condition).
